Large renovations are what I do best. Taking a whole house from tired and dated to the way you always pictured it is the work I enjoy most.
A whole-home renovation is a big undertaking. You're living in it, paying for it, and trusting someone to get it right. That's exactly why I stay personally involved in every OkShu project. You won't be handed off to a project manager you've never met; the person who quoted your job is the one making sure it's built properly.
I've been renovating homes around this valley for years, and a full-home renovation is where all of it comes together: layout, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, the works. I'll walk the whole house with you, talk through what's worth doing and what isn't, and give you a straight answer on what it will take.

Why me
You'll deal with me directly from start to finish, with no handoffs and no guessing who's accountable. I quote it, I oversee it, and I stand behind it.
Good to know
It depends on the size and how much you're changing, but most full-home renovations run somewhere between a couple of months and a season. I'll give you a realistic timeline up front, and if something changes, you'll hear it from me early rather than at the end.
Sometimes, depending on the scope. If we're doing the whole place at once it's usually easier if you're out, but many homeowners stay put while we work zone by zone. We'll figure out what makes sense for your family.
Yes. Where a job needs permits, I'll take care of pulling them and making sure everything's done to code. You shouldn't have to become an expert on building permits to renovate your own home.
